Education and Training

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University. I attended Minnesota Realty School, and have completed Service Plus and Sales Plus training.

Personal Background

12 years of working in the banking industry has provided me with a deep understanding of today's real estate and financial markets. I can help my clients understand the true value of a property. I have the ability to communicate to my clients what is needed to obtain the financing to purchase the home of their dreams.

I've been involved in almost every possible home improvement project. Whether it be arranging a contractor for the bigger jobs or getting my hands dirty on those DIY projects. I can take that knowledge to new buyers and sellers to help them understand the true costs and value of improvements they are thinking of either before they list their house or as a buyer hoping to make some updates.

My wife and I have lived in Woodbury MN for 14 years. We have two wonderful daughters that attend Royal Oaks Elementary. I enjoy golfing, fishing, running, and boating. In 2013 I ran my first marathon and loved it.

Being active in my community has always been a core principal for me. Whether it be as an elected officer for the local Chamber of Commerce or on the board at my daughters PTA, I understand that where you live is more than just your house. It's the community in which you live that creates the happiest households.

Our metro area coverage includes an office in Hudson, Wisconsin, and we serve a significant portion of western Wisconsin from that office. We also serve the greater Rochester and St. Cloud, Minnesota areas from our offices located in those towns. We are licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and can transact real estate business anywhere in those two states.
